Session Drumming

If you’re still skeptical that all your drumming dreams will come true, have a look at what others have said…

“I had the pleasure of working with Ollie for the 2026 Vermilion High recording at QUT. Over the course of the week, Ollie tracked drums for a number of artists across a broad range of genres. He was easy to work with, adapted quickly to the changing environments and got takes down efficiently with solid timing and feel. He was well prepared, fit the requirements outlined by the artist, and was able to intuitively adapt new parts when tracks moved in a different directions. All involved in the production process were thoroughly impressed with Ollie’s work. I highly recommend Ollie for session drumming across a variety of genres.”

Dr Yanto Browning, Senior Lecturer in Music

“Ollie Parsonage exceeded the standard of drums I wanted for my song The Stupid Truth and he really put some love into the fills and brought the energy that the song needed.”

Callum Taylor, Sunshine Coast Based Musician

“I recently was in a position where I needed to record drums and Ollie was able to not only act as a session drummer to help me out with recording, but also studio setup, and writing a drum part for my track. Ollie was greatly efficient within his recording and studio etiquette and was able to execute a drum part that tailored towards my vision. His skill and literacy within his craft compensated for my lack of drumming knowledge to reach an outcome that we were both proud of. I’d highly recommend others to seek Ollie out if they are in need of a session drummer.”
